What is Worship + Prayer? 

Worship + Prayer is an intentional space to seek the tangible presence of God through prayer and song in fellowship with other believers. We seek to be transformed by meditation on His Word, and to align our will with the Father’s. 

This gathering usually meets on the second Sunday of each month at 5:00pm

 Habakkuk 3:2

Lord, I have heard of your fame;  I stand in awe of your deeds, Lord.

Repeat them in our day,  in our time make them known; in wrath remember mercy. 

Our Prayer Values: 

Who > What 

  • We want to be people who seek God more than our needs, knowing that God is a good Father who gives us exactly what we need. (Matthew 6:8)

The Word > Our Word 

  • We value praying God’s word more than just our words.  We pray from the richness of God’s word rather than the poverty of our own hearts/circumstances. (Hebrews 4:12-13)

Intercession > Settling 

  • We reach for God on behalf of our city and others. We intercede for what is happening in our community, not just settling for who is in the room. He hears. He acts. We ask. Isaiah 64:7, 2 Corinthians 10:4-5)

His voice > Our voice

  • We desire to create an atmosphere and space for people to hear His voice and allow us to pray in line with that. (Psalm 29, John 10:27)
