DROP OFF & PICK UP PROCEDURE

DROP OFF   classes begin at 6:00 pm

• Please do not drop off kids before 5:50 pm.

• Drop off children in the portable parking lot. (Cars enter from Fulton St., wrap around the alley, and exit onto Highway 5.)

• Adult volunteers will be outside to guide children to their classroom.  

• RA’s are in Portable 1.

• Club 56 is in Portable 2.

• GA’s are in the Main Building Downstairs. GA’s will enter through the west door, facing Highway 5.

PICK UP    classes dismiss @ 7:30 pm

• Each car will have a family pickup card.  

• Cars enter the portable parking lot from Fulton St. and show the adult volunteers their family pickup card.

• Volunteers will use the walkie talkie to call for names on the pickup card.

• Teachers in the classrooms will escort children to the pickup area.

• Cars wrap around the alley to pick up children.  

• RA’s and Club 56 will be coming from the covered ramp on the NW corner of the portables.  

• GA’s will be coming from the sidewalk just across the alley.

• Cars exit onto Highway 5.
